Went to the drag strip in St. Thomas last night, it was very crowded. Only got to go on twice, (had to pick up the Girlfriend) saw Becky and Pete, and Steve, sorry had to leave so soon.
1st race, 94 Mustang, I lost but had him all the way to 110.
2nd race, 86 firebird (guess), wupped me.

How did you guys do (steve becky pete?), I only ran 16.3 @ 83mph.
So the best of 16.1 stands.

------------------
1986 Pontiac Fiero GT
Auto, soon to be 5 spd Getrag from 88 z24, 0-60 low 8's. Best 1/4 = 16.1 at 85mph, mods, wires, CRX intake, and power pulley. Planning Turbo 3800 swap.

Bought for 2500$ Canadian.

Man I think a 16.1 in an auto is pretty quick. Mine would not have done that I don't think. I had the 4 speed Muncie put in my car you will really like that getrag when you get that put in.

I thought about 17 seconds for an auto was the norm you must really have that thing running pretty good.

It's running ok I guess, horrible gas mileage in my opinion. Yeah, I can't wait to get that 5 speed in, I was shocked that I left the 5.0 Mustang in the distance till half track or more. I thought he had a bad start, but after looking at his reaction time on the slip he was only .656 or something, I was .5 something, almost false started due to a false start being .499 I believe.
We'll see once I get the stick how much better they pull on me when I can finally drag third gear up instead of having that torque converter kit in so early.
