There were some of the top IT drivers from around the U.S. here at Waterford (the 20th) yesterday. They all ran in the same heat, and put on quite a show. In addition, in that heat Doug Chase in his pro-rally car, and a couple Prepared/modified auutocrossers. It was interesting to see what these guys could do compared to each other.
To answer your question about Improved Touring itself, I would suggest that you get involved with the Fiero Racing List . That is where all those IT guys sorta ang out. The IT racers do not hang out on PFF that much because so little of the content is applicable to them, nor do they have much input to most topics on here.
