I thought 5pds first became available in 86 only on the 4 bangers... Thats what I have.

Hey Leafy,

The Isuzu 5-spd trannies were introduced in 1985 for all 4-cyls.

My first Fiero was an 85 SE 4-cyl, 5-spd. I gave that car back to my father once I could afford my own, now he uses it to commute to work.

In 86, the third rear brake light was introduced. And it was the last year of the "original" body style. If you keep your car stock, I bet over time it will become rare as most people are collecting the fastback GTs, the Indys, and whatnot.

As far as the rest of the numbers:

I've seen Indy production numbers at 1500, I've also seen them at 2000, and 2000+.
