What color code am I looking for to paint a piece the same as my GT's flake silver. So far I've been told wa-7719 and ppg-7719. Are these the same colors? Which one will match my paint right now the best?

The "Fiero Spotters Guide" lists three Fiero stock silver colors.

U14 (7714) lt gray metallic (1984-85)
U16 (7716) silver metallic (1986-88)

L18 (1984-87) medium gray metalic accent (lower trim)

I see no paint codes from this source with a 19 code.

So which color do you think my Fiero has, the L16 or U18? I have the silver gray, but its on the lower trim. Any way to clarify those?

My error if you have an 87 the silver would be a U(upper)16 and L(lower)18.
