What were the original tires that were on Fieros when they came from the factory?

1988 GTs/Formulas: 205-60-15 (front) 215-60-15 (rear) - Goodyear Eagle GT+4s
1988 Coupes?

1987 coupe?
1987 4-cyl SE?
1987 SE V6?
1987 GT?

86 Fieros?

85 Fieros?

84 Fieros?

don't know, but if you can find some of the original reviews (i look at them at the local library. archived r&t, motor trend, car and driver), seems like they mention the type of tire.

According to the 1988 Pontiac Brochure,

1988 Fiero Coupe
P195/70R14 blackwalls, steel-belted, Eagle GT+4 (2)

(2) Tire chains should not be sued. They may cause damage. See Owner's Manual.

So did my '85 2M4. Boy I couldn't wait to swap them over to BFG...

My '88 Formula had 205/60R15 - 215/60R15 GT+4's also. Again, I beat on them to get BFG CompT/A's.

My 87 GT still has it's Factory tires still on.

They are Goodyear Eagle GT

Front: 205 / 60 15
Rear: 215 / 60 15

I believe 88 was the only year for GT+4's, and your car tends to support that. If I remember correctly, the GT+4 was the replacement for the Eagle GT that they stopped making after 87.
