The track for the Friday Drag Racing has been confirmed, a registration page should also be available for that within a couple weeks.
It probably will be the end of January before the registration for the Track Day will be available, however.
Autocrossing is still up in the air, but we are working with all 5 Detroit autocross clubs. They will have their schedule built within a couple weeks, also. Would expect that to be announced mid-January.

NOPE .... we're pretty sure this is a done deal as far as registration for the show and banquet go .... only possible additions may be the racing events ... but I beleive we are going to keep them separate.
The changes for the show and banquet have been made to accomodate you guys !!! At your request and recomendations !!! .... we have to call the ball at some point in time and this is it.
At no point in time have I ever been able to get a show promoter to change anything. We, CFOG-I and MFC, are making these changes to make this experience as enjoyable and affordable as we can. We hope to see you all in Pontiac next summer.
ttt .... WOW we got a lot of input when you guys didn't like the registration form ... we would like to hear from Y'all in this thread about how you feel now !!!

Can you give me a 'not-yet-set-in-stone-and-I-promise-no-one-will-hold-you-to-it-and-understand-if-that-activity-gets-moved-or-deleted' itenerary, for all of us?
Reason I ask is, I am trying to plan when I need to be in MI for vacation purposes. Do I remember somewhere that we had a racetrack rented (for additional $$ outside of the registration) on Thursday? Are there any official events planned on Thursday? Other than the drag races on Friday (again, I understand this is NOT included in reg), what have you guys got tentatively planned on Friday?
Thanks!

Yes, but remember this is all still being planned .. exact times are not available as of yet. And yes some things could be added but I dought anything on the following list will be deleted .... maybe moved around some !
Thursday : Day at the track (Waterford Hills) with CFOG-I Performance Division, Cruise down Woodward and dinner with MFC
Friday : Breakfast with the Officers and Directors of CFOG-I, Putt Putt Golf, go carting, test and tune, afternoon or early evening drag racing.
So I got a bump and a question here for ya (so assuming someone answers my question I'm giving you two bumps ) What if my car fits in multiple classes? Do I just go eenie-meenie-miney-mo and pick one or can I enter in both of them?

Give me an e-mail with the details of your car and I will fit your car in to the proper class based on the info you give me. I will also be reviewing the entries at the show to make sure everyone is in the correct class.
Thanks
