I work at Paoli Auto Repair in Southeastern PA. No this is not an advertisement. We have atleast 3 Fieros on the books, including mine. Does anybody here get their car serviced there? I am the part time cleaner, working mon and weds.

Feel free to stop by and piss off the boss who doesn't like Fieros. I would love to see a wave of fine looking Fieros come in just to get their oil changed. He is a nice person otherwise, but never been a fan of my car.

Could be a road trip. I bet we can get at least 10 cars to go down and bug your boss. It will be kinda like getting even with all those rude and uninformed mechanics that think we all drive fire traps. I've delt with more than my share this year. I even had a PONTIAC DEALER tell me " there are more of these cars in junkyards than on the road". He said that because his ace mechanic couldn't or wouldn't align my car to factory specs. Even after I showed him my factory manual he insisted to align the car toe in front and rear.

Hey whatever floats you guys' boats. I am not technically inclinded enough, or verbally quick enough to fight with him. Only problem is, the shop is not open on weekends.

When he insults my car, I just walk off. He has 15 years experience working in a BMW dealership, and then another 17 owning this place that works on just about everything sold in the US. Most of the time I respect his opinion.

When I mentioned something to him that I was looking to buy a Fiero as my next car, I never heard the end of it. He talked bad about them every single day I was there until I bought mine. After that he slowed down a bit when he realized how serious I was, and how much I was paying attention to him. He still continues to be annoying though.

The way the car database system is setup, every model gets a 4 letter abbrev. Mine should say "fier". You can just guess what 2 letters got swapped.

Here's the first and fore most reason NOT to have your Fiero serviced there folks.
