I want to get a personal plate.... but I need ideas... I have an 84 SE 2.5L soon to be 3.8 SC well eventually but I don't really want anthing that refers to the engine size lol
I was think my name MANDI I think personal plates in Ontario can be up to 8 characters... help me out!

I wish Utah's plates would go to 8 chars. AFAIK we can only do 7. Anyway, since 8 is an option, how about ANTIRICE?

Mine right now is: 86GT86 Chose that because FIEROGT, 86GT, and HARTZ were all taken. I'm getting bored of it though, and I'm gonna try to make my next plate: PWRSLDE If anyone in the state of PA decides to take that one, you will not wake up the following morning!!! Another thought if PWRSLDE is taken is: RFW 14 or something with RFW (right foot wrath) in it.

I just checked into custom plates again here in KS. $44 and they have a fixed life. I don't remember now if it's 4 or 6 years, but 2 years are gone already so if you buy a personalized plate it still costs an extra $44 and you've lost 1/2 or so of it's life.
I was still ready to plunk down the $$ for one for the Finale, until I read "Two (2) plates are issued for regular and disabled personalized plates for autos and trucks and are required to display both, one in front and one on rear of the vehicle."
There really isn't a good place to display a plate on the front of the Finale since regular KS plates only require one to be displayed.
I've seen a lot of cars with vanity plates that don't have front and rear displayed, but the Finale is already a ticket magnet as it is.......
