I just wanted to thank everyone on the board. Since I first started reading this forum I have learned a lot, and have recieved a lot of advice.

I've come to think of this place as a special part of my life, even my girlfriend has poked her head in here once and a while to see why I'm always reading this board.

Unfortunately I have learned that probably next week my internet (As well as phone and TV) will be cut off due to me not having any money for bills. I will miss you all a lot.

All this comes at a bad time for me. Car's not starting up, water pump may be bad, still out of work, I hate my life.

I'm sure things will turn around for you.Don't worry we'll be here when you can come back.

Well, for what it's worth, as far as losing your job and not having money to pay bills, in these uncertain economic times, keep in mind that you're not alone. Lots of people have lost jobs, and it's often no fault of their own.

Fortunately, TV and internet access are not necessities. And, if you really miss the Forum, some public libraries offer internet access for free . Good place to hunt for job possibilities, too.

Probably this doesn't help much, because I'm just telling you things you already know. In any case, wish you the best of luck ! Better times are ahead, I think... they just don't come around as soon as we'd like.

Sorry to hear your runnin into some financial troubles. I hope you run into some better times real soon! Hurry back!

Keep your head up. We'll send you some positive vibes while you're on hiatus...things are always darkest before the dawn as they say, so it'll get better. I haven't gotten my car started yet, but it doesn't keep me from sitting in it and taking mini "vacations" as I imagine myself driving away from my troubles. My life hasn't exactly gone according to plan either but I can tell you this, the most precious thing a person has is hope--as long as you have that, you'll be okay. Things often look crappy today but in time you look back on those crappy days like "that wasn't that bad" We both will get our cars started and maybe meet up one day and share some LOLs and horror stories over a pizza. Life is what you make it. It can get much worse, I often thing of the most horrific things that some people go through and it makes me feel better and thankful that I am not going through the same thing--doesn't make your problems go away but it keeps you from making it worse than it is. Keeps things in perspective. Punks cry and give up, I don't think you are a punk. FIERORACER is the name. That car WILL run. Don't ever give up. Go to the library if you must and keep us updated or else I'll go down to Bourbon Street and have that little guy with the short leg and the french fries in his ears put a Voodoo curse put on you Talk to soon
