I use Vegas Video 3.0 by Sonic Foundry.
Works very well for capture, editing and encoding. TO post stuff on the web, you will need to drop the resolution and use divx or some other compression codec.

Email me if you have any more questions.

Hey Toogy, I use vv3 also. GREAT program. I use it for commericals, audio cd, long form stuff, you name it. Nice to see others using this program. Are you in the production biz or just using it on the home front.

I'm kinda partial to Ulead's Videostudio. The price is reasonable, good quality, easy to use, and has many advanced features of more professional applications. They also have Mediastudio Pro, which is even more high-end. I'd at least check 'em out and try the demos available on their web site. www.ulead.com
