I don't have any pics but I've played and beat 'stuntman' and yes, the car does resemble a Fiero very closely. You can unlock it normally by completing the first mission on the filming of the second movie in the game and receiving a 100% score(forgot what it's called, but it takes place in China).
In the mission, you drive your 'Fiero' through downtown swerving in and out of traffic. At one point, you drive through the trailer of a semi and near the end you drive INTO a skyscraper, through offices, plunge out the otherside and land on a flatbed ramp!
The 'Fiero' resembles a white notchback, except that the rear taillight assembly is shaped like rectangles cut into slopes into the center. Here, the shape of the car drops down and in the center near the window sits a raised portion of the decklid, just like on a real Fiero. A spoiler is connected on each taillight top and the car also has air intakes on each side on the side of the car, and has popup headlights (similar to what's used on an older Honda though), and yes, it is mid-engined. You can see the engine when you damage the rear deck and knock it off).
Stuntman is a neat game, but there's only six movies and they're not long. It also gets a little fustrating 'cause you end up redoing scenes over and over until you get them right (you're not given a map of the area or anything. all you rely on is what the director tells you during driving.)
