Please join us for a gathering and celebration of the Pontiac Fiero at the Best Western Truckee Tahoe Inn, Truckee, California. Located just 10 miles from the North shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe and 30 minutes from Reno.
The Truckee Tahoe Inn is located on highway 267, about 2 miles South of Interstate 80. Our event rate of $98.00 per night is guaranteed until one month before the show. Afterward, rooms will be released to the public, and are at a higher rate. This is the best price available in the area, and includes breakfast as well. A car washing area will be available at the hotel. There are self-service car washes available in the area which are also a treasured asset for a car show. All events including the car show, pizza party, award presentation and more take place at the hotel. The hotel features amenities such as pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, food court with lounge, and a laundry facility. All rooms include ironing boards, hair dryers, and refrigerators.

Special Note : Please make your hotel reservations early! There are few hotels and motels in the area, and all can be booked up on summer weekends as far away as Reno. There are no cheaper rooms nearby, and the hotel expects to be full that weekend. Did I mention that you should reserve your room early? Also note that weather in the mountains is unpredictable, and is cold at night. Bring warm clothes if you plan to be out in the evening. Be sure to bring a strong sunscreen - at high altitude, you can get a sunburn very quickly.

You cats in the West sure have some nice Fieros. I'll have to get out there to get an upclose look at them.
Thanks. I used to be a graphic artist/desktop publisher, so I always volunteer to do graphics and marketing for these things.

You don't think you can make it (back) to Truckee? Bummer.
What about the Northwest show in tri-cities, Washington?

Margarita machine? Did someone say, margarita machine?
I just might have to make firm plans to attend now!! I am 60/40 right now, as far as being able to go. I have to decide if I want to put that many miles on my show worthy Fiero or just drive the beater up there.

Hey Mike, either way, come down! Whichever car you bring, it'll be good fun (my advice; rent a trailer if it's your really low mileage <10k car)
This will definately be one to remenber, can't beat the setting! (the cruises alone are going to be awesome
No promises guys, but if I get the silver car finished by then... this will be it's first show (and may not be many others, I'm not too big on the show scene, you're more likely to find me sneaking in at PCA or FCA track days
And yes, Eric will be there with his now legendary Margurita Machine (loved the hospitality suite last year, looks like we're taking the whole conference room this year, perfrect!)
Best! Ben.

It has been confirmed, HTD will be sponsoring the show by providing catalogs, brochures, stickers, and possibly a complete V8 install kit as a raffle prize.
Race Tech will be donating stickers, brochures, catalogs, as well as control arm bushings and scoop body panels.
Fiero Conversions will be donating several items of literature, as well as stickers
FlowMaster will be providing thier usuall stickers
Spintech will provide stickers as well as mufflers for a door prise
Not to mention I had an interesting phone call with James Bross, Customer Relationship Manager at the Pontiac Customer Assistance Center..... But I will keep the outcome to myself until unveiled - we all no what happened the last time I put my balls out on the line, damn near every person on Pennocks took there turn at kicking and stepping on them......
