My car started to make a noise yesterday, but it only happens when i have the clutch in. it is a cliking noise. the clutch has 75k mikles on it, How hard is it to change a clutch. I have a duel plate centerforce to put on it. my car is a 87 gt v6-5speed

what that is is your release bearing, i had the same thing go, you have to do all the work of changing a clutch minus removing the clutch, it's a ***** , and prompted me to rebuiled my enging, it might do the same for you, seeing as the engine is out, unless you have a suport to hold the engine while the trans is out, but then axels have to come out. all depends on which way you want to go

dont have the money to rebiuld, how much would it cost to have it fixed.

no need to acually rebuild, i did it just cause, ummmmmmm the part i think is 60 dollars, maybe. to get a shop to do it is going to be for me at least 1400 labour canadian, so make that american and thats probably about right, if you do it yourself, 60 bucks. and alot of time.
