I bought some Camaro SS exhaust tips pn Ebay for the Fiero 2 months ago. I have yet to recieve them. I paid $130 on these tips.

Alright so he gets the money and sends them out. Sends it to the wrong address. So then I check the UPS tracking #'s and it says they sent the tips back to him. He says he don't have them and and hasn't seen them since. I am getting sort of pissed because I will be getting a new exhaust soon and need the tips.

What should I do? Should I have him try to get a hold of UPS or can I do it and see whats going on. Don't know whether to believe him or what that he has the tips. Anyways I am in a hole and need suggestions.

I agree with Fino. Does the seller respond to emails? If so, tell him to check the Tracking No. himself and straighten it out. Your exh. tips may be sitting back at the sellers postal depot.
As far as Ebay goes, their policy from my experience has been "Too bad, So sad". You may have to start filing Fraud complaints to the IFCC, NFIC, local police, and naturally Ebay Complaints within a 60 day period. He has replied to most of my emails. His seller feedback is good. So I don't know what exactly the problem is. I will see if I can call him on it if he doesn't respond to my last e-mail.
