This 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT was purchased on 04.15.2000 by a very happy 15-year-old Minnesotan. Then, on 08.23.2001, an incredibly large a** hole in a Dodge cargo van did $2800 damage to the little car. So its owner had to take off all body panels to get it new again. But first, he had to try out his new fastback clip from FieroDave and his wing and decklid from Chris Pond. Then onto the next stage; taking all the panels off, sanding them down, and sending them to the paint shop.. Will have more in a few months..

Thanks guys. I hope I can have it done before the Dells show. I better get going. By the way, a big thanks to FieroDave and Chris Pond (Pondski) for supplying me with parts to get my car back together. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. Thanks again!
Thanks. It's not really for sale perse, not advertised or anything, but if I got a good offer, I'd let it go. I am just getting tired of the constant maintenance, etc. I am going to try to fix its running condition this weekend. I just want something faster, with more trunk/passenger space.

Look's great!! Hey does all new paint shine like that or just the red...?? I guess seeing a few newly painted ones here the last week or two... I don't know why I'm even saying this..
Thanks. My last paint job sure didn't shine like this one. A real crap job. This one is better. The guy that painted it paints show cars/rods, so he knows his stuff. And $1000 to boot. Not bad. I'll post pics of the interior too..
Couldn't really find a finished interior picture, but this is what it's like anyway. I now have it all done; I just need to get my sub and box from Oreif, and it'll be done. By the way: I would like to thank:
Oreif, for the door tabs and sub/box. turbo86se, for the CD player. tomanyfieros, for the gauge pod dash cover. AusFiero, for the steering wheel. HYPTNOTiSE, for the rear coilovers. fierodave, for the rear wiring, fascia, taillamp, and fastback clip. Pondski, for the rear decklid and wing. Sloth, for the K&N air filter. Mr. Mikes, for the leather seats. partfiero, for the decklid springs.
^^^All of the above are great people to deal with. Do not hesitate to deal with any of them.
I greatly apologize if I missed anyone. I'd like to thank everyone else for their advice, help, and words of confidence. If it weren't for everyone here, my car would be sitting in the salvage yard. I appreciate everyone here for what they contributed to my unplanned project. Thanks a lot. You guys are great.

I'll PM both you guys his number. I must add, however, that it may total up to $1500. The $1000 is for labor, then you still have to buy the paint. The $1000 labor fee is for sanding, spraying, and buffing. If you sand, it's about half price. Mine cost $650 labor (he had to sand the ground effects), and the paint, clear, reducer, etc. came to $300. Even at that, $1000 to get it painted and sanded is a pretty good deal for traveling 150 miles.
