Well, Kuhmo may not have the size tire I need for my brandy new rims.
Looking at the Nitto NT 555 Extreme Performance. Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks

I do. I have 17-235R45. They are beautiful tires that are relatively inexpensive compared to the alternatives. I would recommend them.

I have the 455 in my car and I like them very much. The 555 shouldn't disapoint you. For the price difference I would get them over the Khumos.

Mine rock. They stick like glue and after close to a year they hardly show any wear.

I had a set on my MR2. They stick great, but they are pretty soft so I only got about 15,000 miles out of the rear tires.

I am running Nitto Extreme 450s on my 17's.
They are 205/40 all around and stick to the ground nicely.

As far as tire wear goes, seems about the same as any other Z rated tire.
