I am sure many of you have seen this as it has been circulating around the e-mail world for some time.
I thought I would post if for those who have not seen it and to see what comments you guys might have on it.

Either way, it is an interesting (to say the least) read.

Whenever the time may be for you to purchase or lease a new vehicle, keep this information in mind. You might want to give more consideration to a car manufactured by an
American-owned and /or American based company.

This was posted before, as you said most of us have seen it. It is odd that they have affiliated car companies separated. For example, Audi, VW, and Porsche are all owned together. Breaking them down is like Breaking GM down into Buick, Chevrolet, Pontiac, and Saturn.

I noticed that as well, making me wonder as to the validity of it.

I am half-tempted to assume it is a hoax.

I know for a fact the part about Toyota giving $0 is incorrect.I am an employee at a Lexus dealership so I keep up on Toyota/Lexus,if you go to Toyotas website it tells how much they have given. Also keep in mind money given by individual dealerships,we took up a collection at our dealership and the owner matched it dollar for dollar.I think everyone was devastated by the 9/11 incident regardless of who they work for or where the headquarters of the company are located.I don't understand this e-mail trying to start more trouble as I have had it emailed to me many times because of my job.I just tell everyone the Japanese Co. employs this American and supports my wife and three kids, plus I spend all the money I make in the good ole USA.

not buying from someone for not being charitable kinds seems wierd. I mean to tell someone you don't like them because they didn't give some of thier cash to someone else is kinda wrong.
I dunno, just kinda sounds bad in my humble opinion.
But not to flame, i'll actually ad something to this disscusion, half those No contribution companies are owned by ones that contributed.. AUDI, Porsche being owned by Volkswagen..

It's a hoax.

I used a little common sense as well as some good old-fashioned research and came up with what I feel proves this is a bunch of BS.

Knowing what I know now, I should have never posted it on here in the first place.

My appologies. Let's let this post wither away and die.
