OK, say i where to buy a 1988 auto coupe, and a series I or II 3800n/a w/ OD tranny. How much would the actual conversion cost. what hidden costs are there.. is it really just a matter of some custom fab mounts, and making all the wires and pipes go where they should? Cause i'm still trying to decide if this summer i want to buy a MKIII supra, or build my dream fiero......

i'm choosing auto because this would
A. be easier
b. i intend to keep my 84 4.10 SE as a autocross car so this would simply be a Gran touring style car which would be nice as an auto.
so.. any thoughts.. i'm thinking alow 2,000 for car, 2,000 for engine install, and 2,000 for stage 1 mods? does this sound unreasonable? all body parts i'm going to make myself so... what do you think
