What would it be? (I'm kinda hoping for answers other than fieros here) Personally, I'm thinking F-150 Lightning. Or a Hennessey 800 with no frills so it would costs under 100k
1) 88 Yellow GT T-Tops 5speed 2)First fiero ever built\ 3)last Fiero ever built 4)Lamborghini Contach 5)Maclaren F1 (not the formula 1.. the car.. the fastest car in the world I think).. 6)Gold Plated Delorean..
4)Lamborghini Contach 5)Maclaren F1 (not the formula 1.. the car.. the fastest car in the world I think).. 6)Gold Plated Delorean..
I think you missed something in the title UNDER 100k the lambo triples it. The Maclaren is in the millions and a gold plated Delorean? I don't have a clue, but I know more than 100k. I would want a viper, or a stealth any year would be fine with me.
Here's my top ten in no particular order(sorry, couldn't just list one): 1. Ferrari 328 GTS any color so long as it's red 2. Early 90's Porsche 911 Turbo 3. 70' Plymouth AAR 'Cuda/Dodge Challenger T/A 4. Audi S4 5. Ford Escort RS Cosworth 6. Jaguar XKR Convertible 7. Dodge Viper GTS 8. BMW M Coupe 9. Lotus Esprit V8 10.Mercedes Benz SLK 32 AMG Honorable Mentions: Saab Viggen, 63' Stingray Convertible, Ford Sierra RS500, Porsche Boxster S.

how about a car that will go up in value like a 60's mopar with a hemi in a conv. or a mid-year 427 425hp vett[425=500 real hp] or a old ferrari v-12 hard to find but some do exist under 100k or a old indy car not a winner but older good cars are still out there. in short anything that will go up not down in value like a new car

you CAN get a Lamborghini Contach for under 100K they go for about 50-80 in good used condition. remember the Contach was buildt from like 81-88 (i really dont know for sure)
so some of them are older than our fieros. But the diablo, thats a whole diffrent story.

For me, it's one car and one car only: A Lamborghini Countach !
And it's not way over budget. A good low miles Countach runs around 80 - 90 thousand, well under the 100 thousand limit. Just look at a Dupont Registry mag sometime. I would trade all my Fieros for a nice Countach, even a well made hard to tell it is a replica kit car one.
Easy, used 355 Spyder (though it'll be tough to find one under $100k)
94 512 TR?
Best! Ben

I have to agree with some of the others, in that the Countach, would be for me, the car of choice. I think it is better looking then even the Diablo. I saw a replicar at my cottage at Wasaga beach last year. Even though it was a replica there were crowds of people looking at it. To most of the people I guess they could not tell it was not real. There are lots of ferrari's are ound here in Oakville, and I have never seen anything like it when that Countach was parked there. It was literally a show stopper. Everyone jsut gawked!

Well if someone just came up to me and handed me 100K i wouldnt really think about it, I would just go and buy a Mercadies Benz.. Probley because they have power, look awsome, lots of room to. im not sure how much the AMG pacquag is but it would be nice to have a Benz AMG, what model? i have no clue they are all so nice
NSX tops the list Pantera 840i or higher Esprit 98 supra t/t in silver later gen RX7
plus, any of the generic cars would be acceptable(corvette, camaro, viper, etc).
My neighbor recently sold his Countach. It was late 80's model in red, in excellent condition, but body style is ohhh soooo butt ugly. Sorry fellers, not for me.

Or a NEW Toyota Supra with sequential turbo's! My fav truck is agreeably the Ford F150 Lightning!! I mean comon the truck STOCK is faster than a Cobra Mustang !!! (14.0 compaired to the Cobra's 14.3) SOOOO this concludes that with a Load of wood in your bed you could TOAST a Mustang GT... haha how great is that!!

1982 DeLorean DMC-12, with all wiring/electronics/drivetrain upgraded/restored with new 2001 equipment...
(I owned an '82 Firebird a couple years ago, and that thing didn't age well at all - I was *always* having wiring problems/vacuum line problems, etc. with that thing... I decided then that my long-time dream of owning a DeLorean was moot unless it was a completely restored one with a drivetrain that was easy to fix and get parts for... screw that Renault/Volvo/Peugeot garbage...)

Some of the choices here are more interesting and more fun than mine, but I'd agree with 88BlackGT and take a new BMW M5, no question.
There's nothing an M5 can't do except go off-road. It goes fast. It handles great. It carries 4 adults + luggage. Maintain it well and it will run forever.
Definately a 355. Surely you can find a good used one for under 100 grand. Why can't we spend over $100K? Is that all the money we have? If so, I wouldn't spend it all on a car. I think I'd be happy with the PPE
