For better or worse, I sent them some $$ for some side scoops just a few days ago. I did have a confirming email from them prior to that stating that they were still in business and shipping product.
Stay tuned....

Yes they told me 4 seperate times they were "shipping the product". It took about about 1.5 months and lots of emails/phone calls to get the product The quality was less than poor on the fiberglass products. They require lots of work to make them look good. We haven't even started to see how much work is required to fit properly.
I figure I have about 30 hours in making them look OK and installing them!!this does'nt include painting!!do not buy ANYTHING from these guys-you WILL be disapointed.as always, this is just my opinion, but everyone who saw them before I started could'nt belive I didnt send them back!

too late. this is my second buy from them. through ebay on this one. wasn't even sure it was them at first. i've been emailing about every other day just trying to get them to say if they even got my payment and/or if they've shipped. it's like sending money into the black hole of calcutta and waiting for something to come back from there. frustrating.
I'm in the same boat. I'm moving back to WI in about 15 days, I sent the cash in for their hitch kit about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. if I don't get that hitch, I'm gonna be hard pressed to move.

AND it still will not work! I know, I got one of those "hitches" It was ~2" too narrow to line up with the one frame hole that is used to bolt the hitch to (the other has to be drilled).
I remember at least 3~4 of us who got these hitches that will NOT fit as supplied.
I bent the side arms out to make it come close to the required width but I am not sure I want to use it like that.
One member paid to ship his back and when he finally got it returned, it still wouldn't fit!! He turned around and put it on eBay and lost about $100 after counting up the costs.
Just say NO to OUTLAW PERFORMANCE.

now that i think about it, that makes me pretty mad. they have time to answer bill's email to get him to order, but i guess they have my money already so there's no need to answer me. i don't like that.
When a person sells a product via the internet, and they know that the product is not as implied (ie. will not work as intended) they are guilty of felony mail/wire fraud. Plain as that. Ebay has a very nice system to deal with this type of abuse. There is a fraud report form located at the Safe Harbor section that should be filled out promptly. I know as a fact that eBay does prosecute offenders on large ticket items or multiple violations, and they will pull the account on those suspected of any fraudulent activity. Every ebay transaction is also insured for amounts over $25 (there is a $25 deductable) by Loyds of London. Most of these ripoffs count on the fact that the buyers do not know about these protections..

Wow, and to think I feel really really bad if I have a delay to ship payed for items. But listening to outlaws record my 5 day delay isn't so bad, and mine was due to stuffing up customs forms and trying to get them back out and see doctors etc all at once.
Whats the longest anyone has been waiting for parts to arrive? Payed for ones.

Geez, I think I must be the only person that has ever got anything on time. Only took me a week and a half to get mine from the day I sent the check. I do have to say that the qtr scoops were the poorest quality part I have ever seen for any car. I was going to send them back, but was afraid I'd never see a new pair. They don't fit, period.
