Ok, on my 86 GT, factory silver paint, lowered 1.5", factory rims/sized tires. I have always had the spoiler on it, but recently noticed it loose so I took it off to fix. I got to lookin' at the car with it off, and I really like the look of the car without the spoiler on the GT. What do you think? What do you like?
Yeah you could make a couple extra bucks selling the wing cause they look better with it on. I agree the cars have a completely different look without the wing but I vote for the WING ON!!!

I agree with you Joe! SAw your 88GT RED (Sweet car by the way!) and my 87GT side by side, with no wing's... DAMN NICE, more of a ferrari look

Well, I see its pretty overwhelming that I should keep the spoiler off. I do like it on there, but think it looks better off. Mine looks just like Sluppy123's, except scoops and rims. I think, due to lack of funds more then anything, that I'll keep my stock rims for a while, but I do love the look of 5 spoke's.

How hard would it really be to glass in all the trim? I saw an edited pict of what a Fiero would look like with trim glassed in, and really love it. Lookes like a real pain, also might have problems with it cracking or somthing since thats where the panels meet. But who knows? Interesting idea, I might have to try it....

Seanh... Have you seen any of my pic's of the " Smooooth GT"???? It's in the process of being trimless... If no , then take a peek at my new sig of the NEW rear fascia..Steve
I do like the raised spoiler. Keep it. It doesn't suit some cars, but yours will have all the other bells and whistles and the spoiler definitely suits it.

and my '85 SE has the luggage rack and the 'trunk handle'
which I dont like at all. I was thinking of replacing the deck lid with one that has a full wing on it
but since I know they are not functional - like the vertical tail fins on a 59 caddy
and esp with all the crappy wings the ricers are putting on their cars - Im thinking a smooth deck lid is the way to go. Being wingless is fast approaching a 'statement'.
I also wonder how many mpgs the wing on a fiero takes off. The aerodynamics HAVE to be better without it at normal highway speeds.
