A friend of mine just gave me an '84 service manual. The odd thing is it is not bound, and it doesn't look like it was ment to be. It has all loose pages that are hole punched, and in a red binder with a fiero siloutte on the side. It also has a whole in the side that if you had a lot of books or catalogs on a shelf it would make things easier to pull of the shelf. It looks like it is in brand new condition. Has anyone else seen one of these before?

With this many people on the forum, I was really hoping someone would have seen this.

I had one, I ordered a set of manuals in 1984 and I think I thought it was a different manual so I ordered it along with the regular service manual. I didn't order the binder, I have not seen it in years, it is probably up in the attic.

The service manuals came 2 ways, bound and in a binder. Most dealerships use the binder one since they could open to a page and keep it open without destroying the binding of the bound service manual. Saw someone at a parts swap who had an entire set (84 thru 88) of these but he wanted $150 for each.

150 dollars?!? American?!? That sounds way to high. I wonder how long it took for that guy to lower his prices?
