im not shure what it is lately but it seems to be taking forever to get on the server .. sometime up to 2 minutes of sitting at the entrence page .. it might be me except it does it on all of my puters .. 2 diff isp's

Same here. Two different computers, two different ISPs. Maybe it's just alot of traffic tonight.

I wasn't going to say anything cause I thot it was just me, but my home PC has the same problem... and I have RoadRunner Cable. At both of my jobs I have T-1's of course, and have no complaints there.

Server is running fine... It could be that somewhere beween your computer and my server a router is acting up. Next time it happens, note the date and time (so I can check my logs to make sure it isn't my server), and do a traceroute to my server. To do a traceroute, open a MSDos box, and type

tracert www.fiero.nl

That should tell you exactly where the problem is.
