Well,I took the V8 Monster out for a ride
last night.WOW.Unbelivable accelerationTPIV8)
unbelivable decceleration(grand am brakes all
around)unbelivable cornering(lowered,heavy springs,rear bar,sticky tires)still gotta
work out the bugs(tranny don't shift right,
speedo reads 120@35MPH)but 2000RPM@70MPH
sure is great!I just had to tell somebody!

Is this a car you've done yourself? Do you have pics? I'd be interested in taking a look. I need someone closer to Iowa to work on a future engine swap.

elfiero,

You may have posted this info before and I may have missed it(I've got some-tmer's desease ) but, what transmission are you using? 70MPH @ 2000 RPM sounds like a OD tranny.
