ok so my 87 gt is having very strange electrical problems. 1st my radio's memory wire would activate the footwell light *note after market stereo with harness* then it decided to activate the horn. so i ask you guys what the problem could be. ended up being a blown BAT fuse changed that and all that worked. horn, radio and courtesy lights. then after i fixed those the instrument panel lights and truck light went out? the back light to the speedometer, tach, temp, fuel, oil, and battery all went out but the ajar, brake, seatbelt, volt, oil lights ect. still work. so i google some answers. so i come up with it being bad fuse, so i check all the fuses. there all good. so then it could be the dimmer switch near the gas pedal. so i change that, nothing. ok maybe the bulbs blew? swap out one of the bulbs with one of the working ones in my courtesy light socket still not working. i unhooked the radio completely because i hear that could cause it. still nothing. i don't even know what in the world is causing it. if you guys know ANYTHING please help this is really getting annoying i fix one thing and another goes wrong. if i anything could a mechanic and electrical specialist be able to fix it? i just want the car to work right and its far from it.
