My 2.8 came out much easier than the LQ1 is going in. I thought I would bolt the front mounts of the cradle to the chassis and then use a floor jack to bring the rear mounts up to the chassis mounting points. It didn't take too long to figure out that wouldn't work. What is the best way to get this thing into the engine bay? I'm so close .....

I jacked up the car threw cradle under on dollys, put front bolts in, lower car as much as i could, then jacked the cradle the rest (if it needs it)

That's what I was doing, but it didn't look like the rear of the engine would clear the front wall of the rear storage area.
I am using an '88 cradle, but I wouldn't think that would make a difference.
