I have new TV cable for my 1987 GT automatic. Ogres cave does not go into the adjustment in any detail. Shop manual says it has to be adjusted with a pressure gauge that I do not have and do not plan to purchase. Is there a way to adjust it, if so could someone give me some detailed instructions? As usual Thanks for the replies and help. By the way old one broke that is why I am replacing it.

OK No one is going to reply. Here is what I plan to do. I will set it like my other 87 GT, at full throttle I will see how much slack is in it (if any) and adjust this one the same. If shifts are to hard or to soft I lengthen and shorten it to see which way adjustment need to go and then simply play with it until I get good shifts. How about that guys?

Fierosound,

Thanks but it is in jpg format and I can not read most of it, perhaps a low res scan. Again thanks.

It should print fine with a "fit to paper" setting.

The JPG was too big to post here, and reducing it made it unreadable.
