Anyone have a radio wiring diagram for a fiero and also for a 97-03 Grand prix. thanks

If you haven't already done so, DON'T cut the factory harness. Save yourself some time and trouble and just get the correct wire harness to make the connections. As a professional car audio installer if I could tell you how often people mess up their installs by cutting the harness.... Is there something specific you need it for other than wiring up the radio?

I wasn't going to cut the factory wiring but I do know what you mean about messing up the harness as I have bought cars from teenagers before. lol

My plan was to take the plug ins from the back of my broken Fieros radio and use it to plug into the stock harness and I already have a pigtail for a grand prix radio and I was going to wire that into the plug in that came out of the back of the Fiero radio.

I'm basically just trying to make this(Yes I know its only 13.00 but if i can make it myself and pay nothing I would rather do that)

The catch to what you're trying to make is that you have two male ends. So unless you cut the harness you will end up buying a part anyway. I personally did the same thing. I have a radio in my fiero that uses the 90's GM harness. I just bought the 70-1677-1 and wired the harness that had been cut from the other vehicle to it. So if you're trying to make what you linked (without cutting) you'll at least need the part I just mentioned. Now you would still need the wire diagram for the "donor" harness which you should find online. From memory though, if it's what I think you have then it should be:

Power: orange
Acc: yellow
Gnd: black
Lf +: tan
Lf -: grey
Rf +: light green
Rf -: dark green
Lr +: brown
Lr -: yellow
Rr+: dark blue
Rr -:light blue

I could be wrong on that though.

check with www.replacementradios.com they might have the harness you need pre-made
