Where can I buy the plastic clip that holds the throttle cable onto the throttle cable bracket?

1987 2.8L

If I understand your question the throttle cable bracket holds the end of the cable but the cable actually has the plastic end as part of the cable sheath and it snaps into the bracket. It is not a separate piece and therefore not replaceable.
