Just as the topic states, when I am at a stop, the air begins to blow cold. But, when I start to move again, the heat comes back. Has anyone ever experienced this issue and if so, what is the fix?

B2 Out!

PEACE!!

Check fluid level. Sounds like a water pump though.

Tony, I was thinking the same thing, however, I am not over heating and the WP is new (couple years).

A thermostat that doesn't operate properly - 1st thought.

Air in the coolant - 2nd choice.

Open the thermostat cap (engine cold) and make sure there is coolant all the way up to the cap. If so replace the thermostat.

The heater core is supposed to be the highest point in the system so you will loose heat inside the car before the car overheats if he fluid gets low. Continue to bleed the system, if the radiators full in the front them remove the rear cap and make sure that's topped off, and that the overflow is full. If you did any recent work on the coolant system it's probably air in the system, when i finish coolant work I'll let the car idle and warm up and cool down a few times before i take the car anywhere to let the system work out the air bubbles. also make sure your overflow line doesn't have a hole in it because that will make them stay low on coolant.

I would say air bubble in the cooling system or no coolant flow.

I'm calling air bubble. Does your temp needle bounce around a lot when the thermostat opens closes?

Arte444, no, not really. It has a couple of times in the past couple months and it acted like the T-Stat was stuck, maybe
