I had a Idea for my 86 can some one tell me if the 84 side covers ( for lack of knowing what to call them ) will fit on my 86 se

They will fit, but there wont be a way for heat to escape the engine unless you add some other venting.

Thats kind of what I had in Mind. I saw where some one used two small scoop on each vent or one in the middle not sure which route I'll go. I just know that I hate picking leaves and crap out of my vents all the time.
