I got a Equus boost/vac gauge for xmas and I want to install it in the 3800 s/c fiero. Does anyone have a pic of where the proper place is that I should tap into on the supercharger? The swap is far from complete, but If it helps, I won't be running the bypass solenoid. I know there are a few places i could tap into, but i think that it does matter where i tap into....not sure.

I usually replace the elbow to the MAP sensor with a Tee and run boost gauges off that line. I always move the MAP to the firewall side, so its the easiest spot for me to tap into on my swaps.

There is a vac line under the snout of the supercharger facing the passenger side of the fiero. I replaced it with a tee and ran the new line forward through a new hole with a grommet by where the factory ecm was in the fiero down to between the carpet and the gas tank tunnel up to the front of the fiero.

the gauge measures both vac/boost. I can't imagine that makes a difference? When would it show vac with no by pass solenoid?

Just to update, I was at work this morning where i am building the engine and i had a look at the intake. I see what fitting you all are referring to. I will run a t fitting off of it to the gauge. Thanks everyone.
