How do I modify the GT tach to work with a V8 engine (SBC 355)?

Thanks.

You have to either cut a trace and install a new resistor, or put another resistor or potentiometer in parallel with the existing one. You need your new resistance to be 3/4 of your old resistance if you have a V6 tach. A potentiometer allows you to dial it in perfect. Here is how I did mine, about halfway down.

Thanks. Any way to make it so that the pics are displayed?
