Yes that is the part number for the MSD coil that went bad. I should have known as I had problems with MSD products on a previous car. I have used Accel products a lot with no problems. Fiero now has a stock coil back in it. I think I am going to get an EGR dekete chip and block off plates to eliminate that future problem. It will clean up the engine some and get rid of some of the heat around the ignition area under the hood, or trunk or whatever it is called on a Fiero, perhaps the BOOT. Thanks for the replies.

Definitely not the "boot". I refer to it as the rear decklid.
