I believe that would all depend on your wheel offset and tire size. If you're planning on using 20x7" wheels with about a 26" tire height and not too wide of a tire you may be fine with a stock ride height. Not sure how well the rear hub bearings will hold up to the greater leverage loads in aggressive cornering with less tire sidewall to flex and offset the bearing loads.
If the wheels maintain the stock offset and width of the O.E. wheels, the tire option will determine whether or not any further adaptation is necessary.
You'll be looking at a 225/30R20 as a close height to the 215/60R15. A 225/35R20 will put you over a 26" tire height and that may rub the wheel well during turns.
