does the viberation bother the ecu? did you move it, or is it in the stock local..
I know it's a solidstate part but no idea if having a magnet that close to it would be an issue or not, or if it needs sheilding..

my car had a sub in the center when i bought it a year ago. it doesnt appear to be shielded, and ive been driving it with no ECU-related problems

Had a 10 inch ImageDynamics DVC right infront of mine (Old School AusFiero) for over 3 years. No issues.
