Where is the 2.8L Engine Block Drain Plug located, that is mention in the Haynes Repair Manual, page 2B-6, section 9, step 2?

I see the drain plugs on the coolant tubes. Are those what they mean?

The engine block has drain plugs too.
They are a couple of inches above the pan rail, on each side. Possibly towards the flywheel end, but I don't remember for sure. Been a while.
Seems like it's a hex head. 12-13mm wrench. They might be rusted in place. Be careful.
