I just put on a 6 cylinder dual exhaust onto my '85 4cyl Fiero. sounds great/ looks good, BUT the Muffler (used) must have a broken "Baffle" in it. It vibrates/rattles under acceleration ! Does anyone make an "Affordable" replacement Muffer ?? (just a quiet muffler without the pipes ?) I wish I would have known it "Rattled" Before I went to the trouble of installing it. Thanks

just went through the same thing with my 88, nobody makes a 12" crossflow dual outlet muffler, you have to buy the entire system (fiero store sells one). The outer skin had split open on mine so I cut it open to inspect and found catalytic converter chunks inside, the baffles were still good. I closed it up and wrapped and welded on a new outer sheetmetal skin. Sounds great now and no more rattling.
