I just got a new hood latch cable because mine was broken where it attaches to the release handle under the dash. I thought it would be obvious how it attaches, but I can't seem to be able to figure it out.
I am referring to the shorter cable with the slotted metal piece on the end, right by my thumb in the picture.
Does anyone have a pic, a diagram or a good explanation of how it attaches?

yep, that's just the Fiero's "Emergency" cable, for if the normal one breaks. Just tucks up as you see in the video. Fieros are the only car I know that has a dual cable for the hood release.
