35 each? Duralast? made in china? :P Expect 5000ish miles out of them. I got the Timkens, for 65 each, which is not bad at all. Timkens are good quality american made ones too.

SLOWnSTEADY, Use the "search" function type in rear wheel bearings and you will get over 10 pages of good and bad... you will read some real horror stories from people that went the extra bucks and got nothing but high priced CRAP! Go with the best warrantee/guarantee you can find from a reputable dealer and pray for the best. There are people on this forum that have spent more money for Timkins and still got Chinese made bearings. In fact some have bought a "matching set" of Timkens at the same time, same distributer....disassebled them to find ball bearings in one bearing and roller bearings on the other.(both of them cheap Chinese knock offs) Alot of "American made" companies now buy stuff from Japan,China and even India (which is the worst) mark them as their own then sell the products at a higher price with no better quality. Which to me is worse than knowing you are getting an inferior product at a discounted rate to begin with.

If that's the case, when "rebuilding" a car, is it better to " NOT Fix What Ain't Broke", when it comes to the bearings & ball joints ? Are the old originals likely to be better than any of the new ones ? The best warranty, doesn't help much after your wheel fell of & the car rolled !

got them from Advance Auto, 3-year warranty, don't remember the name of the company, but it ended with "bearing" so... LOL O'reilly had the Timkens for like $70 but they only came with a 1-year warranty. Moog was theiit "premium" brand and had a 3-year warranty.
