I'm having trouble figuring out how to hook up the clutch hydraulics on my F40.
Here is the full package (GM # 24233802). It comes intact and full of fluid, I detached the piece that attaches to the transmission. All of the connections are quick connect, which is a problem because the Fiero clutch line that goes from the front to rear is AN-type (I believe that's what it is called).
Here is a close-up of the transmission piece and the rubber hose that it connects to. If I could find an adapter with a male quick connect and female AN, that would work perfectly; I'd delete the rubber hose entirely and use the Fiero steel line in its place.
Here is a picture from the TAZMNDVL build thread - you can see the black transmission piece, connected to the Fiero's steel line via a silver adapter. It seems that he (or Archie) found an adapter, but I've tried googling for it without success.
------------------ My project: 3800 Series III Supercharged + F40 6-speed into an 87 GT. Wish me luck!
Alternately I think I can remove the metal fittings off of that rubber hose and solder/weld? them to a AN fitting. Does anybody know what size fitting the Fiero's clutch lines use?

Looks like your engine and trans are still out of the car? If so, the second page of my build thread shows how I'm going to connect the two. It has not been tested though...
I think I remember seeing an adapter in someones build thread, but can't remember who? I thought it was something they got through GM. I kind of want to say it was for a cavalier, but just don't know for sure. Hopefully someone will chime in for ya.

The fiero slave hard line is a bubble type flare. When I converted mine to a HTOB getrag, I cut the stock flare off the hard line, then reflared it to a standard inverted flare. There are quite a few adapters that go from inverted flare to NPT, so for my F40 swap, I was planning on drilling/tapping the metal quick connect end for a NTP fitting to connect to my already modified fiero hard line.
Another option would be to cut the flexible portion of the fiero line off (cut the crimped casing off and leave the barbed end of the hard line intact), and use a crimp connection to attach the hose end of the G6 parts to the stock fiero hard line.

I did find AN->quick connect adapters in a couple of 90s Cavaliers yesterday, but they don't screw into the Fiero's hard lines, and use a different quick connect type than the G6 lines. I had a chance to get under a VW Golf Mk6, and it seems like that had the correct quick connect fittings on its brake lines, so I'll look into this further. In the meantime, a bump

Just a word of caution: I have been working on 4.9L standard shift Caddy engine installation and got into some clutch hydraulic lines changes. If it turns out that you must re-flare the stock Fiero bubble flare, on the front to rear metal tube, be sure to use what is called a double flaring tool. This tool set creates a flare that is identical to those used on brake lines. If a single flare is used it will probably break-off from vibration later. The double flare also seats better eliminating leaks.
Don't know if you're still looking for a solution to this but Im at the PRI Motorsports show and saw a company here with quick connect AN fittings and immediately thought of this thread. I don't know how expensive they are but worth checking out. The company is jiffy-tite motorsports.

The female NPT looks similar, but everything in the catalog looks kidney cost. Jncomutt brought to my attention that the quick disconnect end on Thelin's adapter looks lathe turned. I'd have to agree. I don't know how he's selling the entire adapter for $20 shipped.
