Does anyone know the shift pattern at the shift levers on the transmission? I'm just curious as to which ones which. like in and to the right/left or out and to the right left. Sorry if this i explained this clear as mud. This is on a getrag.

It would help to know which tranmission you're tallking about because there are differences in the layout of the levers between the four speeds, Isuzu 5 speed, and Getrag 5 speed.

As promised: The picture below says it all, but here's an explanation anyways.

Read in columns: gear selected / shaft position / lever position

1st gear / all the way in / rotated fully aft
2nd gear / all the way in / rotated fully forward
3rd gear / halfway out / rotated fully aft
4th gear / halfway out / rotated fully forward
5th gear / all the way out / rotated fully aft
Reverse / all the way out / rotated fully forward
