I have a 86 SE 2.8/4-sp with a clutch issue. With car NOT running, push the clutch pedal to the floor, slave cyl travel about 7/8" (normal), but immediately the slave rod/piston creeps back within 5 seconds with the pedal still to the floor. Obviously cannot be driven this way. No leaks anywhere. So who had a similar experience? Or what are your thoughts? Oscar.

The Master Cylinder seals are bad. The fluid does not leak, but goes around back to the little pot.

+1 MC. If you are not losing fluid it has to be the MC.
