I completed my 3800sc swap about 9 months ago. I had my tranny rebuild with nothing special as it had 150k on it. Since then I have been beating the daylights out of it and have added a 3.4 pulley and free-er flowing exhaust. My best 60' time is 1.89 so far and 13.10 @ 102.5 in the 1/4 mile. I recall when I built my axles that you wanted to use oem parts (which I did) as some new replacement stuff is cheap. My question is, what 60' times or 1/4 mile mile per hour runs start to break stock axles or non modified 4t65e-hd transmissions? I am planning more upgrades, but want to know at what level I really need to start to worry about axle-transmission breakage.

I think you good with stock OEM parts until you get into the 10's and unless you're going Turbo... you good mang.
