restoring 84.... wanted to check wirin before i put panel back on...blinkers and hazard aren't working,, tail lights on but not blinking ...i check fuses,, replaced flashers,,check bulbs,,,checked tail light harness,,does anybody have any ideas on what to check next??????????????????????

replace the turn signal switch and check harness under sterring column
