What is the ideal gap for a SC3800 that is lightly modded. I have a 3.3 pulley, and an intercooler among a few other things.

Advice please.

The ideal gap is the biggest you can run without breaking up under boost. I believe the factory gap is around. 052. Back when I was supercharged, I was blowing out spark at that gap. I have since dropped it down to around. 038 with no adverse effects.

I asked couple weeks ago and was told .060 was stock gap. I went with .055 to be safe.

I believe that plug gap should be determined by the boost level that you are running. I am running Autolite 104's at .055 and have no spark blow out to 11 psi of intercooled boost. If the boost goes higher than the gap should be closer.
