Some days the clutch pedal seems fine, other days there is barely any pressure... I do not know how to bleed the system. I am not sure why it works some days, and not other times. 87GT 5 speed.

goto menards and get a 10 foot long 1/4 inch ID plastic hose adn attach it to the bleeder vavle after you fill the hose with brake fluid by syphining it out of a can. then run the hose to the resivoir and start pumping away. be shur to pull the clutch fork arm towards the slave cylinder to push air out of the slave. then it should be blead. as for you problem of some days its good some days its not.... i dunno that kinda wierd.

We bled it today, it was the first clutch we have ever bled, so hoorah for us.
