Installed a new 94amp alt. When I turn the ac on the volt gauge drops right down. It reads above 13volts on the gauge still, but the motor bogs right down. I havent tried to run the ac for more then a few minutes because of this.

94amps should be plenty shouldnt it?

Check grounds, battery cables, etc....

94 amp with SI alt? What else is on? Radiator fan is one.... 94 is good for most things. Make sure really is 94 amp. Test it on store bench tester.

Maybe look at CS130 upgrade. OE CS130 came with 105 peak amp, aftermarket even more amp.
