I've got a DynoMax muffler and there's a terrible drone around 2K. Dan at the shop said resonators tips will help but I'm having trouble finding any. I google resonator tips and the list is small. When I google exhaust tips I seem to get a bigger list. Can I assume these are the same? Does anyone have these on their car? I'd be real interested in which ones and how they work.
I am running a 3.4 PR thru a stock V6 muffler with C6 tips. I can't really tell a difference in the exhaust sound from the original tips, but I do not have a drone. My car is a 5 speed manual.

I use a set of Heddman Hot tips resonators. They do take the sound level down a notch but with the Flotech afterburner muffler the sound is still somewhat loud..

Do these actually quite down the exhaust. I've seen these and I'm not sure about the color. But if they work I wold be interested.
Flowtech 59905FLT at summit are cost 39.95, have the exact same layout, and are black inside instead of yellow. I have these, but they were branded by Hooker Headers at the time, the parent company is Holley for both.
