Do I need to unbolt the Radiator to remove the harness? I am not sure how to get it from under the radiator.

I wish I could answer your question. Are you trying to get the harness pulled out from each side of the radiator?
I pulled one from an 87 and there was no way to get the right side plugs through the frame by the radiator.
If you pull the radiator top frame you can tip it rearward a bit or you can work from underneath some.

Yeah, I had to unbolt the radiator and was able to gain enough wiggle room to remove the harness. PITA but I got it still in good shape..
